Roof Repair Before & After Photos

Mrs.Hamilton was experiencing a roof leak on her study room and contacted us to inspect the roof. We found that the roof was leaking due to a void in the roof to corner boards area. We replaced the entire roofing area around the dormer. Replaced the damaged decking, sealed the decking with ice and water shield barrier, used synthetic underlayment to make sure water flows smooth, re-shingles the roof and manufactured new step and kick out flashings along with a large aluminum apron flashing. The new paint job is coming and this home is ready to go.

This roof had a dated aluminum ridge vent which had been damaged by some high winds causing it to lift and shift over the ridge. Due to the ridge vent being shifted it caused a leak and the customer contacted us to repair. We replaced with a vent-sure shingle over style ridge vent which provide better coverage and additional weight to keep the ridge vent in place. 

The homeowner had a leak near one of the vent pipes. After thorough inspection, we found that some of the wood near the pipe had been rotted out due to storm damage. We replaced the rotten wood, re-laid the shingles ad added extra protection by caulking all seals to prevent any leaks.

This roof was damaged by a recent storm and was in need of replacement. Previous roof was a 3 tab, 25 year shingle. We replaced the roof with a Lifetime Oakridge Driftwood colored shingle

This property was affected by the recent severe weather in the Charlotte area. The homeowner's insurance company agreed that the roof was in need of a complete roof replacement and could not be repaired. The homeowner chose an upgraded architectural shingle and went with the Owens Corning Duration shingle with Surenail technology in the Williamsburg Gray color. The shingle will be prepared for the next storm due to it having a 130 mph wind resistance.
