Roof Repair Before & After Photos

This roof was impacted by the recent severe weather and hail in the Charlotte, NC area. The insurance company agreed with us that the roof was in need of replacement and paid for the roof to be installed. The homeowner chose to upgrade their shingles and went chose an Owens Corning Oakridge Tru def Shingle in the Williamsburg Gray color. The roof looks fantastic and is now prepared to take on up to 110mph winds.

We informed the customer that the roof was not repairable and suggested they contact their insurance company to take a look at prior to replacing. We met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed the roof was in need of being replaced. The homeowner upgraded their shingle with a higher wind rating to make it less likely to be damaged by another high wind storm. They choose an Owens Corning Oakridge Desert Tan shingle that comes with a 110mph wind rating. The roof looks great and is prepared for the next severe storm. 

The home owner contacted us after Owens Corning referred her to us to take a look at a leak problem in her 3 yr old roof. It was installed by a different company, and after we inspected it, we realized they had improperly installed the roof. Jorge immediately scheduled the repair, and in two days, the repair was complete, and the leak eradicated.

This home owner contact RoofRoof after he realized had a leak in their metal roof over a bay window. The leak caused some interior damage to the sheetrock in their dining room. 

The metal roof had some bad flashing and the home owner requested a copper roof to add to the curb appeal of the roof. What a difference it made. Not only was it now leak free it was a bright and shinny beautiful copper roof that will patina over time. Looks fantastic!

The homeowner contacted us in regards to some damage made by squirrels to the roof. We quickly assesed the damage and provided the homeowner with an estimate for the repair. Because the home owner has worked with us previously, he knew he wanted only us to do the job!
