Roof Repair Before & After Photos

The homeowner reached out to us with a concern about a leak in the back right corner of their home. We had already worked with this homeowner in the past, and they were eager for us to assist on this new project. We found the source of the leak, and were able to quickly and efficiently repair the leak for the homeowner.

This Huntersville, NC home required a roof replacement due to hail damage. The customer chose Owen's Corning Duration shingles in Teak for the finished product.

The homeowner had a leak coming from near a ventilation pipe. Our crew removed the damaged material and was able to repair it like new and stop the leak.

This property was impacted by the recent severe weather and high winds. We informed the customer that the roof was not repairable and suggested they contact their insurance company to take a look at prior to replacing. We met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed the roof was in need of being replaced. The homeowner upgraded their shingle with a higher wind rating to make it less likely to be damaged by another high wind storm. They choose an Owens Corning Oakridge Desert Tan shingle that comes with a 110mph wind rating. The roof looks great and is prepared for the next severe storm. 

This property had a damaged roof due to the recent severe weather in the area. The insurance company agreed with us that the roof was in need of complete replacement. The home owner chose an upgraded shingle and went the Owens Corning Oakridge shingle in the Desert Tan color. What a difference in made and gave the property much better curb appeal.
