The home owner contacted us after having an inspector come out to the home to check on a leak around his chimney flashing. We were able to quickly resolve the leak by removing and replacing the downspout and siding, alligning the wall and valley with ice and water shield, installed over extended flashing and re-shingled the the area.

This roof had an old worn out plumbing boot causing an interior leak. 

The boot was in need of replacement and we also installed an addition boot to double the life of the boot. 

The Homeowner noticed some water stains on the ceiling and gave us a call to come check it out. After an assessment, our representative found that the leak was coming from a vent near the skylight, and recommended a simple roof tune-up to fix the problem.

The home owner contacted us with a concern regarding a leak in her roof, near the chimney. Gabriel went out to inspect the cause of the leak, finding damage in the flashing. This was a quick fix that we were able to complete in no time! The homeowner no longer has to worry about the leak!

Sometimes big problems can be solved by the simplest of solutions. we were able to install the water and ice shield, as well as tuning up the flashing on their chimney, just to prevent any leaks there as well.
