Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This project began as a roof inspection. During the inspection, we found evidence of hail damage, and we recommended that the roof be replaced. The customer contacted thier insurance company, which we met, and they agreed that the roof was in need of being replaced due to the damage that was found. We replaced the ventilation, which consisted of power fans, ridgevent, all flashings, plumbing boot covers, and the shingles. We installed an Owens Corning Duration shingle with Surenail technology. The color that the customer chose was Driftwood.

This home wanted a sharper and brighter look for the roof on their bay window. A copper roof is a great accent choice, and is a long-lasting, high-quality roof product. We installed a copper roof here where shingles used to be.
