This property was damaged by recent severe weather and the roof was approved for replacement by insurance due to wind damage. The homeowner chose to upgrade their roof to a higher wind rated shingle. We installed an Oakridge Teak colored shingle. The property is now prepared for Mother nature and strong winds as the shingle carries a wind warranty up to 110mph. Looks terrific and the homeowner is thrilled with the new roof.
