This home's roof decking became buckled. The plywood had become delaminated and believe the cause was due to a bad batch of plywood when the home was constructed and/or was in need of additional ventilation. We replaced numerous sheets of decking, installed new synthetic underlayment, skylight flashing kits and new Duration Shingles.

This property had a 25 year shingle that was approximately 20yr old. The shingles had algae/black streaks and was in need of replacment. The homeowner had a leak near one of the vent pipes. After thorough inspection, we found that some of the wood near the pipe had been rotted out due to storm damage. We replaced the rotten wood, re-laid the shingles ad added extra protection by caulking all seals to prevent any leaks.
This home contacted us with a leak at the chimney. When our tech went out to determine what the issue is, he found that there was no cricket installed at the chimney to divert the water away from the chimney. A "cricket" is designed to prevent the water from flowing directly into the chimney wall and is to direct the water around the chimney. The project consisted of removing the old shingles and underlayment, framing a cricket/new roof over the existin roof, intall Ice and water shield, new flashing and new chimneys. The chimney is now leak free and looks great!
We provided repairs for storm damage around the homeowner's treehouse.
The homeowner contacted us after a bad storm brought leaks to her attention. She wanted to get them fixed as quickly as possible, so Gabe set her up with a plan. The storm had damaged the roof down to the wood, causing the leaks inside. We recommended a roof replacement to make sure we could get all of the damage the leak caused. The homeowner chose our Owens Corning OC Supreme Shingles in Onyx Black.
