Autumn resides in Gastonia, and is our new administrative assistant. She has multiple years of experience with assisting customers over the phone and assisting with office duties as well. She was a licensed insurance agent for over 3 years and worked with a hospital system operations center that managed 5 seperate hospitals. She will be helping our customers with setting appointments, planning jobs, follow up calls, and assisting with office upkeep. Autumn loves being able to help others, as often as possible, and likes to personally connect with our customers to make them feel comfortable when they contact us or we contact them. In her spare time, Autumn stays busy volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America Unit 23,as a den leader for the wolf pack, decorating cakes, and enjoying family time with her boyfriend and their Dalmatian, Dahlia.
The homeowner contacted us after a bad storm brought leaks to her attention. She wanted to get them fixed as quickly as possible, so Gabe set her up with a plan. The storm had damaged the roof down to the wood, causing the leaks inside. We recommended a roof replacement to make sure we could get all of the damage the leak caused. The homeowner chose our Owens Corning OC Supreme Shingles in Onyx Black.
Roof Roof is so honored and proud o work with Habitat for Humanity on different projects that can help make someone's life better. This particular home owner, is a veteran, and being that Jon Sabo (owner) is also a veteran, this project was very close to his heart. In an interview, he sated the following -
“As a former Marine myself, I’m personally honored that we’re able to partner with Owens Corning and Habitat for Humanity to relieve a big stress for Emanuel,” said Jon Sabo, Owner of Roof Roof of Charlotte. “One of our core values has always been to give back to the communities we serve, and we jumped at the opportunity to be able to give back to someone right in our own backyard.”
Owens Corning Platinum Contractors worked with Habitat for Humanity to provide new roofs to veterans in need. Emanuel B., a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, received his Wednesday as part of the Owens Corning National Roof Deployment Project. This nationwide effort is a way to show gratitude and honor the veterans who served our country and the families who support them."
This project gave all of us a great sense of pride, being able to help a brave veteran by creating a beautiful roof, in his favorite color (and mine), Chateau Green. Emanuel was very pleased with his new roof, and the smile on his face when we were finished was worth every minute of work that day!
